Hand-picked, de-stemmed, and free run juice, Single fraction press for 3 hours with skin contact. Cool fermented with Rx60 yeast. Aged in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES
With pomegranate, cherry pip and floral notes of hibiscus flower, this dry and savory style of Rosé exudes sophistication. There is a depth and generosity with this wine that transforms on the palate with explosions of fresh fruit and a slightly spicy, savory finish.
