Taste the Swan Valley in every bite
Seasonal produce from the abundance of locally-grown fare in the Swan Valley features predominantly on our menu. Our flavourful cuisine is naturally sun-ripened, dry aged and fermented. Expect flame-kissed dishes and charcoal roasting, alongside pizzas and breads freshly baked to perfection in the woodfired oven, evoking a sense of place in every delicious morsel.
Due to the seasonal nature of our menus and our absolute commitment to using local produce, the menu is subject to change and should be considered indicative only.
The original wine cellars from our estate’s humble beginnings in the 1830s are now home to our vast preserves program that features pickles, ferments, vinegars and aigre doux (sweet, yet sour French sauce). Out of season flavours derived from produce harvested at its optimum are now available to us all year round through this program.
