WINEMAKING NOTES
Picked from our 1958 plantings, this wine is made from 100% free run grape juice, 14 day cool ferment using VL2 yeast filtered and bottled in July 2022.

TASTING NOTES
Displaying lifted notes of honeysuckle, ripe citrus, fresh figs and quince paste. The palate is a wonderfully explosive matrix of waxy tropical fruit, melon, nashi pear and lemon butter that leads into a persistently alluring finish.

Honan noted, “A subtle lick of volatile acidity on the inhale. Saline sweetness on the palate, lemon and passionfruit. Moreishness. Great carry, compels another sip.
