The 2022 vintage in the south west region of Geographe was warm. A combination of hot and dry days and cool evenings resulted in ideal ripening conditions for this small vineyard. The caliber of fruit is exceptional, providing excellent structure, fruit clarity and concentration.

WINEMAKING NOTES
The fruit for the vermentino was hand-picked from a small vineyard on the northern outskirts of Harvey. The fruit is lively and characteristic of all the wonderful flavor nuances you can expect from a vermentino. Pure soft pressed free-run juice, fermented with neutral yeast EC118, cool fermented for 3 weeks in stainless steel, filtered and bottled in May 2022.

TASTING NOTES
Expect citrus rind, and lemon sherbet on the nose, aromatics of talc, and a lingering clean minerality on the palate, exuding sherbet powder with a refreshing pristine finish and citron press.
