VINTAGE 
The Swan Valley experienced near-perfect vintage conditions, with warm days and cool nights contributing to even ripening. This allowed for optimal flavour development and enhanced intensity, balance, and character.

TASTING NOTES
Aromatically playful yet refined, this wine reveals sweet notes of marshmallow, juicy white peach, poached quince, and tart cranberry. White strawberries add freshness, vanilla bean brings a smooth, creamy depth. On the palate, it’s dry and medium-bodied, with a creamy texture and flavours of strawberry shortcake, cranberry, and summer berries. A gentle
savoury edge and delicate structure give it a graceful balance and an elegant finish.

WINEMAKING
All fruit parcels—featuring alternative grape varieties—were hand-picked together, followed by a 3-hour skin maceration and gentle pressing to extract free-run juice. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.
