WINEMAKING NOTES
A free-run juice of three varieties was used in this wine. The Grenache and Shiraz were fermented separately and blended post-ferment, where it was then allowed to settle for two months in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES
The nose merges seamlessly into a creamy palate in this Rose, which is a blend of Grenache, Shiraz, Chenin Blanc and Viognier. Expect fairy floss and fresh summer berry characters in this well-balanced wine that has a slightly chalky texture and soft finish.

Appealed to me with its positive, gooseberry and feijoa aromas. The palate’s round, with flavours turning more to stonefruits. It finishes with subtle sweetness and good ength. Honan noted, “A subtle lick of volatile acidity on the inhale. Saline sweetness on the palate, lemon and passionfruit. Moreishness. Great carry, compels another sip.
