WINEMAKING NOTES
The fruit was sourced from a vineyard in the southern outskirts of Margaret River. It was whole bunch pressed directly to a blend of new and seasoned oak barriques. Each barrel was filled sequentially and then blended, after spending 8 months on lees.

TASTING NOTES

Aromas of matchstick, citrus blossom and curry leaf with dusty, cedary notes and subtle hints of oak. This medium-bodied, beautifully balanced wine displays wonderfully rich, grapefruit zest characters and pith with a delightful complexity from the lees and oak. The pristine fruit has a purity that lingers with an alluring saline, oyster shell finish and persistent acid line. It is the perfect holy trilogy of oak, fruit and funk.
