2 day cold ferment, fermented with L2056 yeast. Soft press and aged in 30% new French Oak for 16 months.

TASTING NOTES
This medium-bodied wine displays captivating aromas of lifted red berry, licorice, cinnamon and star anise. The palate displays plum, vibrant red fruits. Concentrated layers of plum, vibrant red fruits, black currant and cherry are perfectly balanced with fine tannins that lead into an enticingly soft and silky finish that lingers.
